Notice of Appointment

Mrs. Chantal Gingras at the helm of Ginsberg Gingras

Gatineau, January 7, 2013: After thirty-three years at the head of Ginsberg, Gingras & Associates Inc. (Ginsberg Gingras), Mr. Claude B. Gingras is pleased and proud to announce the appointment of Mrs. Chantal Gingras as president of the firm, effective January 1, 2013. While taking a step back, Mr. Gingras will hold on to the titles of CEO and Founder.

A pioneer in the field of insolvency, Mr. Gingras was the first to introduce the system of payment by installment as well as the consumer proposal. “The time has come to ensure continuity and renewal in the company,” he said with great serenity.

With Ginsberg Gingras since 1993, including 10 years as vice-president, Mrs. Gingras is a Trustee and CIRP. She also holds a bachelor’s degree in social sciences. She holds a seat on the board of directors for the Canadian Association of Insolvency and Restructuring Professionals as well as the Conseil des Syndics de Faillite.

As president of Ginsberg Gingras, Mrs. Gingras will make it her priority to consolidate the company’s position as one of the top three in Quebec and Eastern Ontario. In order to do so, focus will be on customer service. Training programs for staff and coaching workshops have always been part of the corporate philosophy and will continue to be. “Our strength resides in our employees” said Mrs. Gingras. “Financial turmoil can occur without warning and have devastating effects if not taken care of in time. Our people understand that. That’s why they always offer our clients tailored solutions.”
